As soon as I entered The local I found myself in an ancient court ofthe ancient Palazzo delle Seggiole . The first thing I recommend you do when you too cross the threshold of this beautiful place ristorante, is to look up: a coverage of glass approximately tall 12 meters above you, letting you glimpse the ancient buildings around and the Florentine sky. The structure, it is not fixed: it can be opened if necessary, bringing the space back to its ancient function, that of an internal courtyard, an intimate place to meet outdoors, while remaining within the walls of the house.
The elegant restaurant conceived by Giacomo Corti, former owner of the Cestello RistoClub and the Convivium. Circa 400 m2 on two levels for a hundred seats. The environment dominates large central counter, a black monolith, with bistro style chairs and tables. Everywhere shelves illuminated by LEDs with bottles of red wine and large minibars for white sparkling wine and champagne.
